Northeast Kansas Enterprise Facilitation is a nonprofit organization offering free and confidential business coaching in Northeast Kansas. They are comprised of over sixty volunteers from five counties who care passionately about the success and sustainability of our rural Northeast Kansas region. Highland Community College began as Highland University in 1858, making it the first college in Kansas. The campus boasts five Associate degrees and has 15 programs that generate technical education degrees.
